I have completed LLB by scoring 57% and then completed LLM external by scoring 52% withthin 2 years without any gap from pune university so whether i am eliglible for jmfc exam?

JMFC-JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE FIRST TRACK COURT exam is a judicial service exam for the post of Judicial Magistrate conducted by various state governments. Graduation in Law with 55% marks is the minimum qualification to apply for this exam.

The age limit is 35 for open category and 3 years relaxation for OBC and 5 years for SC and ST. The selection is through written test followed by personal Interview.
JFMC notification will be issued by MPSC in July 2013.

JMFC stands for Judicial Magistrate First Class exam.

JMFC exam is conducted by Maharashtra Public Service Commission (MPSC).

Eligibility criteria :

Educational Qualification : LLB degree with at least 55% marks and should have 3 years of experience as Attorney or Advocate.

Age limit :

For Advocate or Attorney of general category - 21 years to 35 years ,

For Advocate or Attorney of OBC candidate - 21 years to 38 years and

For Advocate or Attorney of SC/ST candidate - 21 years to 40 years .

I completed my LLB in one year gap and 5th yr with first class and also completed LLM with 63% marks can i eligible for JMFC
