Yes you are eligible for M.tech course. It is a good scope 2years course. For M.tech Admission,You have to Appear for Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering(GATE) entrance exam. Eligibility Criteria for Gate exam:- **Educational qualification is BE/B.tech/Master degree graduation in any stream from any recognized university. **No age limit **No limit to attend the exams. **for further details www.gateiitm.in |

Back doesn't matter.
Fill the application form for gate entrance exam. Check out the syllabus in prospectus or search on google for gate syllabus mentioning ur branch. Best of luck. |

Am I eligible for M.Tech in IIT after passing B.Tech? Yes off course , you can still get IITs after passing B.Tech through better performance in GATE. Please note that you shouldn't have any backlogs .GATE stands for General Aptitude Test in Engineering and if you will perform better in this exam , you have the chance to get IITs and NITs .Check the eligibility criteria for GATE examination from below : So focus on the syllabus of last 2 years of your B.Tech courses as questions are asked mainly from these as these 2 years contains mainly the branch paper. yes you can write the iit exam by writing the gate exam and scoring more marks in it will lead to join in the iit and nit there are some of eligible criteria which will hosted in their website of iit jee

Hi
Yes. You can study M.tech at IIT. But you need to score extremely good marks in GATE exam to get qualified for IIT institutes. You need to score marks like above 97% to study at IIT. Note- You should not have any back-log. The eligibility Criteria - Candidate have the Degree of B.tech/ B.arch or who are appearing their final semester exam. -Post B.sc and Post Diploma Holders -M.sc degree holders All the very best for GATE exam |

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
A candidate must have passed B. E. / B. Tech. degree in Electronics & Communication/ Computer/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation & Control Engineering from the University of Delhi or equivalent qualifications from recognized University/Institutions. OR A candidate must have passed in the A.M.I.E. (India ) Exam with appropriate Specialization/ Grad. I.E.T.E (India), AMIE (London), or any other examination in the concerned branch recognized as equivalent to B. E. Degree by the University of Delhi. A candidate for admission to full time course must have valid GATE score card. (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering). |
