For further studies options:

1. M.Tech. - 1. Apply for GATE (MSc Electronics is eligible to sit for ECE Gate) ; 2. Delhi University (Department of Electronic Science) runs M.Tech. in Microwave Electronics with its own entrance. This course is industry oriented & many alumnii are working in DRDO, ISRO, Agilent, etc...

2. PhD - Apply for NET Exam & enroll for PhD in Electronics from a reputed institue. But do mind that career after PhD is a long term affair.

For Job :
Many companies (govt. & pvt.) consider MSc Electronics equivalent to B.Tech ECE. Apply resume online in Job sites on PAID basis. Free registrations dont help much.

But it is better to go for higher studies if possible.

Masters in Electronics is not so popular nowadays as Btech colleges rise in number. Though there are a number of opportunities awaiting for MSc Electronics graduates. One among them is the option for getting into teaching. If the candidate is interested in technical field, then he can lean into Embedded Systems projects or companies. Else Networking field is a better option for MSc Electronics Graduates.
