Did you sit for GATE examination which is an entrance examination for M.Tech course? If not then you will not be able to take forms for M.Tech admission in Vishweshwara Technological University. The number of seats in Vishweshwara Technological University is very low and around 20-25 students. These seats are filled on the basis of GATE score. So the passing marks that you have already would not matter much for admission. Except for the fact that the GATE score might be clubbed with the aggregate score or percentage obtained in graduation. This will happen only if the number of candidates who apply for M.Tech that year in this institute is more than 100. Otherwise graduation aggregate marks won't matter that much.
