Yes of course !!!

NDA Stands for National Defence Academy Examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission Twice in a year.

To apply for NDA examination then you have to completed your 12th examination from a recognized University or equivalent qualification.

So,if you not have mathematics in your 12th examination then you are not eligible to apply for Naval and Air force Academy.Because these examinations only for Science stream not for commerce candidates.

But you are eligible to apply for Indian Army course to join this course,then you need to finished your intermediate(12th) with pass marks from a reputed School or equivalent qualification.Your age should be between 16.5 years and 19 years at the time of appearing for NDA examination and there is no relaxation given to the reserved categories.

Those who are completed 12th examination or those who are pursing in the final year of 12th examination may also eligible to apply for NDA examination.

The candidate must be physically fit for according to the physical standards of National Defence Academy Examination.

Because for NDA exam you give 12th science and math as a subject..

After passing 12th with any stream you are eligible for N.D.A exam.

N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year.

After qualifying N.D.A exam you can join Defence services like:-
> Army
> Air Force
> Navy

Eligibility criteria:-
> Pass 12th with recognized university
> Age limit:-16.5-19 year.
> Must be citizen of India
> Medically fit

There are three steep of selection:-
> Written Exam
> Interview

Yes, you are eligible for NDA Examination. But you are not eligible to join for Indian Navy and Indian Air Force because these examinations only for Science stream candidates.

Eligibility criteria For Army Wing of NDA:-

Candidate must be 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.

Other criteria:

1. The candidate should be between 16-1/2 to 19 years of age

2. Your marital status should be single.

3. You should be a citizen of India.

4. The candidate should be MALE.

So if you fulfil the criteria, you are eligible for NDA.

The last date of application of NDA is 30.1.2012.

Air Force wing and Navy wing are for those candidates who have completed 12th with science stream. Therefore, you can apply only for the Army wing of NDA.

You are not eligible for NDA because for NDA requirement is Science and maths.
so sorry. you can try for other job.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR NDA EXAM

1,Students who have passed 10+2 OR Equivalent qualification are eligible for applying in NDA.
BUT
If you have done your 12th with compulsory subjects maths and physics than you are
Eligible to apply in all the branches – NAVY,ARMY,AIR FORCE.
OR
If you have done your class 12th with commerce or art stream than you are eligible for
ARMY only.


2, Students age should be in between 16.5 to 19 years.

3, unmarried male candidate are eligibile to apply .


Selection Procedure

The process of selecting cadets for the National Defence Academy is divided into three stages :

• A written examination held by the Union Public Service Commission.
