I was born in 21.4.1995 . have 185cm height. 12th class on going .

Your height should be more than 183 cm and The candidates whose Height more than 183 cm are Not eligible for NDA Examination. But you are 185 Cm, so you are Not eligible for NDA Examination, Because in Notification the last height was Mentioned is 183 Cm.

NDA : National Eligiblity Test.

This examination was Conducted by UPSC Comission every year, To apply for this examination, your age should between 16.5 to 19 years and you must have completed your 12Th examination form a recognised board, Final year 12Th candidates are also apply for NDA Examination.

MY DEAR FRIEND, you are quite taller than the maximum height required for NDA(national defence academy) exam.
the maximum height required for this exam is 183, you have a height of 185.
This examination is conducted by UPSC(UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION) every years for two times.

through this exam you can can get admission in any one of these branches of Indian army.

1.MILITARY BRANCHES
2.AIR FORCE WING
3.NAVAL WING

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION-
you must have to complete you 12th from a recognized board, and with physics & maths with at least 60% in 12th for appear in NAVAL & AIR FORCE WING.
THE AGE LIMIT-
16.5-19.
there is nothing any kind of age relaxations for any scheduled category.

also you must have citizenship of India & having marital status unmarried.

NDA exam is conducted by upse . from where you go in army, navy and air force.
it held twice in a year.

The required height to appear NDA EXAM is 152 cm to 183 cm .So, you are not eligible for NDA.

NDA (National Defence Academy) conducted by UPSC twice in a year
Criteria for eligibility (NDA) is given below :-
Student must be 12th passed or any equivalent examination with a minimum of 60% marks.
The age limit is (16.5 - 19.5) years.

I am very sorry to say, despite's of having such a great big personality, you just can not apply for the NDA (NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY).
Because, you are exceeding the general height requirement criteria applied by NDA.



This NDA examination is conducted by the UPSC [UNION PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION] twice in a year.
The educational requirement for appearing in this examination is a 12th degree,.
You must have Physics & Maths in 12th, for apply in air & naval force,.Also you must have scored atleast 60% in 12th.

The age limit for this examination is 16.5-19 years for all categories.

You must have Indian nationality.

You must have marital status unmarried.

hello dear,
i am sorry to say that you are not eligible for the nda exams.
because , the maximum limit is of 183 cm.
but you are posing a height of 185 , so you are not eligible.
2nly defence is very strict, so no extensionis given to the candidate.

Hey friend,

Yeah you are eligible for applying for the NDA Exam with the qualification of yours as you satisfy the needed Physical Standard and the education qualification needed.

The NDA exam is conducted for candidates to join in :

>> Indian Army

>> Indian Navy

>> Indian Air Force

There are criteria's which are framed for these forces to be joined by writing the exam and they are:

-> The candidate should have a citizenship in India

-> The candidate appearing must be a unmarried male candidate

-> The age limit needed is 16 1/2-19 years of age

-> The education qualification if wanting to join in Indian Army means you need to have completed +2 with a fair percentage

-> If wanting to join in Indian Navy or Air Force you need to have completed +2 with Physics and Mathematics as subjects.

-> Most of all you need to be physically fit while appearing for the exam
