Dear Sir, I have secured 53% marks in M.Com. Now, am I eligible to do PhD? Is there any entrance and which university would be best for PhD? And, which subject should I choose in PhD? How about Commerce, Accountancy or Business Management?

To pursue a PhD, one must have master degree in a relevant subject, usually with an overall grade of atleast 55%.
As you have 53% in M.com which is less than 55%, so you are not eligible for pursuing PhD.
You have to NET exam to do PhD.
