hi
I’m sorry to say but you are not eligible for giving the bank PO exam because the minimum marks required in graduation for giving the PO exam is 60% marks and as you do not have 60% marks in your graduation, you are not eligible. |

Re: Am I eligible for PO exam after scoring 54.9% in 10th, 50% in 12th?
P.O. - Probationary Officer, the exam for which is generally conducted by SBI and IBPS(Institute of Banking Personal Selection) for 19 Public sector manks.
Percentage of marks in 10th or 12th level is not a criteria for P.O. exam but one should be a Graduate in any stream. The eligible candidate aspiring for SBI/IBPS P.O. exam, must be an Indian National having completed Graduation Degree in any stream from a recognised University within the age of 21 to 30 years with upper age relaxation for reserved candidate with good knowledge over computer operation. Some private banks require percentage of marks criteria in Graduation level ranging from 50% to more than 60% marks for application to their P.O.exam. |

The following is the eligibility criteria for the Bank PO exam : I] Nationality : Indian 2] Educational Qualification : Graduation in any stream from any recognised university . There is no bar or condition of marks scored at Graduation level. So any graduate can apply for the Bank Exam. 3]Age : i) For General : 20 to 30 years ii) For OBC : 20 to 33 years iii) For SC/ST : 20 to 35 years So, if you are from a general category then you are age bar that is you cannot appear for the Bank PO exam .
