A graduate in any discipline is considered eligible for the Rajasthan Administrative Service. In order to be considered eligible for the position, candidate needs to qualify an entrance examination conducted by Rajasthan Public Service Commission and to write this particular examination, you will be considered eligible regardless of your stream in your bachelors degree program.

Apart from being a graduate, you must be within the prescribed age limit:

Minimum Eligible Age- 21 years
Maximum Age Limit:
35 years for General category
40 yerars for OBC, SC/ST category

I have done B.Tech (information technology)but ido have provisional certificate bcoz of supplementary in some paper

yes, you are definitely eligible for the same, because this stream offers job without any hard and fast rule for your subjects, so you can definitely apply for it. Be sure about you age limit that is between 21 to about 35 and then clear out the entrance exam after your graduation.
