Sir/Mam I am completed BCA in karnatka, i can eligible for RTO exam, how to apply rto exam? I want next exam date in 2013

The eligibility for RTO is as follows:
1.For Judicial service post:
- degree in law.
-Age limit:23-34yrs.
2.For clerkship post:
-10+2 exam.
-Age limit:18-37yrs.
3.For sub assistant engineer:
-A degree in engineering like in civil, mechanical or in electrical.
-Age limit:maximum 32 yrs.
To become a RTO officer minimum qualification is B.Tech & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA is :-
You should have minimum 60% in 12th
