Am I eligible to secure jobs under TNPSC being a BTech Mechanical graduate of IGNOU with 6 years gap?

Hi everyone, I have completed my BTech with Mechanical Engineering around 6 years ago from IGNOU. I want to apply for jobs under TNPSC recruitment. So, with such qualification I am eligible or not to join? Please tell me immediately.
