Am I eligible to teach accounts after doing M.Com from Grawhal University

I have done M Com from grawhal university in 2001 with 62%. I am NON B ed. Am I eligible to teach Accounts to class XI and XII? I am presently teaching Accounts since 2002. Is non B ed not eligible to teach class XI and XII in CBSE board. Please guide.
