Yes, you are eligible to teach B.Tech/B.E. student as a lecturer after
doing M.Sc./M.E.

As per the minimum criteria for teach B.Tech/B.E. students one should have
Master degree in that subject.

You can also appear for NET, conducted by UGC twice a year.
