Yes,you will be eligible to apply for TET(Teacher Eligibility Test) of any state as per your qualifications but your degree should be from :-

• Your Post Graduation degree should be recognized from the UGC(University Grant Commission).
• Your B.Ed(Bachelor of Education) degree should be approved from the NCTE.

TET(Teacher Eligibility Test) Exam Pattern :-

• Total marks for this exam will be 150.
• Total duration for this exam will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.

TET Exam Syllabus for Primary Level :-

• Child Development and Pedagogy - 30 Marks.
• Language I - 30 Marks.
• Language II - 30 Marks.
• Mathematics - 30 Marks.
• Environmental studies - 30 Marks.

TET Exam Syllabus for Elementary Level :-

• Child development and Pedagogy - 30 Marks.
• Language I - 30 Marks.
• Language II - 30 Marks.
• Optional Paper for Particular Subject - 60 Marks .

These Optional Paper will be :-

• For Mathematics and Science Teacher - Questions will be from Mathematics and Science.Total number of questions will be 60 and each questions will be of 1 marks.
• For Social Studies Teacher - Questions will be from Social Science including History,Civics,Geography.Total number of questions will be 60 and for each questions there will be 1 marks.

I completed my degree in madras university my qualifications is m.a. economics am I eligible for tet exam
