I have got 55%marks in hs examination.i wwant to do BCA course in goverment collage.can i chance any goverment collage?

yes you can do BCA from a government college.
many colleges in india takes admission on first come first serve basis so you can get into them for doing the course.

as different colleges have different eligibility criteria for admission to B.C.A.
some universities demand minimum 50% and some 55%.
