Any chance of getting admission in MBBS after scoring 351 in UPMT through girl's quota?

sir, i hv got 351 rank in upmt . is there any chance of getting mbbs through girl's quota?

i've got 157 rank in upmt, will i get mbbs government college thru girls quota???
