1.you interestd in field of animation after your +2 result you go through b.tech in fashion technology or animation design couse .***
2.you can do b.arch. From any recognised college of india .***
3.You can also do Bachelor in fashion technology .***

You can go for followings:

B.com ( general or hns.)
BBA.
CIMA.
ICWA (foundation).
B.A.(Economics)

You can go for followings (without maths):-
B.A.(general hns.) in any subject history,sociology,political science etc.
LLB.
BHM.
BBM.

As you mentioned, you want to join some creative course so you should go for professional courses which are creative + job giving. After 12th you can opt for below mentioned courses in respect to creativity-

if you want to do a creative course after completing your 12th being in the commerce stream, you should go for the animation course. This is the very bright and very creative field these days and this offers a very nice package also.

after 12th commerce you may go to commercial filed like charted accountant.
since charted accountant is mostly preferred because it is related to all your
course which you have read in 12th standard.

otherwise there are too many other creative course like :-

1. animation and designing.
2. fashion designing.
3. hotel management
4. interior designing.
5. journalism
6. mass communication
7. news reporter.

and many more...

so it is upon you what to decide and what to leave.
