My mother is 43 years old. She has done M.Sc in Biotechnology. What can be the possible jobs for her in government sector as well as in private sectors? In which government companies can she apply?

Now there are no job vacancies for your mother in government sector as your mother's age has passed the maximum age limit for applying in the government sector.
As you are asking about opportunities for your mother in private sector as well so i am assuming that she is a fresher job seeker in the market. She is not experienced candidate.
I am talking about all this because experienced candidates get job in some departments pf government sector at the age of 50-55 as well. Those are some high profile posts.

For a fresher candidate in government sector the age limit which is required is 21-30.
However there are some organisations as well which recruit candidates till the age of 35 and 40. But 40 is the last. No Government organisation recruit a fresher candidate above 40.

Now coming to the private sector. Yes in private sector your mother have lots of opportunities and various good companies who will offer her appropriate salary as well.
