Yes you can apply for it as you have completed your post graduation.It would have been better if you would have tried for IT sector.

MCA students mainly get the job of web designer and website manager. And yes railway is a good field for women.
For getting a job in Indian Railway, you have to give SSC exam conducted by UPSC. You can get the job of web manager.
