MASTER OF LAWS (LL.M) in Symbiosis

Specialization for one year LL.M Programme: :

1. Business & Corporate Law
2. Constitutional & Administrative Law
3. Innovation, Technology and Intellectual Property Law
4. Legal Pedagogy and Research
5. Criminal Law & Security Law
6. Human Rights Law

Eligibility :

Three/Five years LL.B Degree from any Indian or Foreign University recognized by the UGC with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade [45% for SC/ST Candidates]. Candidates who have appeared for the final year LL.B examination may also apply.

Pattern of LL.M Programme:

Semester Pattern- Total 2 Semesters

Fee Structure:

Rs. 65000/- For Indian Students
Rs. 97500/- or its equivalent in USD For International Students.

Sanctioned Intake: 60 Students (10 per Specialization)
Reservation of seats: Within the sanctioned Intake:
Scheduled Caste: - 15%
Scheduled Tribe: - 7.5%
Differently -Abled: - 3%
Wards of Serving/Retired Defence Personnel:- 5 %
Over and above the Sanctioned Intake:
Kashmiri Migrants: 2 seats
International Students, including PIO and NRI- 15%

LLM is of one year duration which various programmes like Business & Corporate Law, Constitutional & Administrative Law, Innovation, Technology and Intellectual Property Law, Legal Pedagogy and Research, Criminal Law & Security Law, Human Rights Law & Legal Practice and Court Management.

You should have three or five years of LL.B degree from recognized university of India or Foreign University which is UGC approved with at least 50% marks for general and 45% for SC/ST candidates.

For LL.B these is a intake of 150 seats whereas for LLM which is for one year course intake is only 60. For LL.B reservation of seats are as follows.
SC :- 15%,
ST :-7.5%
Management Seats :-15 % (Which is you are looking for)
Differently abled :- 3%
Wards of Serving/Retired Defence Personnel:- 5 %.

But for LL.M course which has only 60 seats, resevation of seats are as follows:
SC: - 15%
ST: - 7.5%
Differently-abled : - 3%
Wards of Serving/Retired Defense Personnel:- 5 %

There is no management seats mentioned for LL.M course as per university. So that means there is no management quota available for LL.M course for this year admission.
