Since you have not received your registration number yet and as the last date to submit the application form is very close, you should submit provisional online application form.
To do so, all you need is to register for a user id through the official website of the institute. In the user id registration form, leave the space blank which requires registration number or if it doesn't works, enter any random numbers. Once the computer founds the registration number to be incorrect, it will take you to the provisional application form page.
So, you must fill it up and submit it, and in the meanwhile contact the institute to get information regarding your registration number.

.Ans.- First u take ur dd no. & consult to any CA.
He will definitely help u in this matter..
& do fast as to fill xam form is also near only..
