Qualifications:
Subject For BSNL JTO Telecom:
Applier must have Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equal Engineering degree in any of the following fields from an accredited engineering college/university:

• Electronics,
• Radio,
• Computer,
• Electrical,
• Information Technology,
• Examinees appearing in the final year degree exam may also apply.

and you are in

I am B.tech 3rd year student

so you are not eligible for now but in 4th year you can apply..for sure..so prepare well...

in b-tech 3rd year you cant apply any govt job.in final year you can apply some govt job.also you can apply bsnl jto in final year.......................

No, only students who are in final year of Btech/BE or passed out are eligible for JTO exam.

Other eligibility conditions:

You must have Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equal Engineering degree in any of the following fields from an accredited engineering college/university: Telecommunication, Electronics, Computer,

Eligibility Criteria for BSNL JTO exam.

To appear in the BSNL JTO exam you must have a bachelor in

engineering/Bachelor in Technology or equivalent engineering degree in

any one of the following fields :

->Electronics engineering.
->Telecommunication engg.
->Computer Science.
->Electrical engineering.
->Information technology.

The final year engineering students are also eligible for this exam.

So if you are in the 3rd year then you are not eligible for this exam.

you can apply for this exam in the final year of engineering.
