Re: Is B.Tech degree from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth, approved by AICTE,UGC and other authorizations required for technical education in india?
Quote:
The B.Tech program offered by Rajasthan Vidyapeeth is not approved by the All India Council for Technical Education [AICTE]. The University is recognized by the University Grant Commission - UGC. Candidate holding a Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other technical program not recognized by AICTE, will not be considered for admission in most of the Universities offering higher studies in the same discipline. The same applies for certain jobs in the technical department of most of the private companies as well as public sector undertakings. In case of the entrance examination conducted by the certain regulatory bodies like Union Public Service Commission [UPSC], Railway Recruitment Board, State Level Public Service Commission etc. recognition by AICTE is not mandatory. |
