hello sir,I did my diploma in civil engineering from a good institute from Tamil nadu completed in 2008.after that i joined a Btech degree from same field(civil) from JNRV rajesthan vidya pith(udaipur) through distance.what will be its valu?am i eligible for exams like GATE,CAT,UPSE or any other state exams.HOW IS THIS UNIVERSITY?is their degree approved by AICTE,UGC,DEC.hope you will clear my doubt. yes offcourse it is UGC approved (deemed university).

and also you are eligible for all your mentioned entrance's.

Ya jnrv is an approved one and you can attend the entrance exams as well.

no rakesh you cannot apply for the post as this department is for electrical for aicte colleges only and you have studied from ugc affliated college

yes you can apply for all the exams you have mentioned and the NRV Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Udaipur) approved is by UGC .so need to worry just go for it.

For MBA MCA regular approval by joint commitee UGC-AICTE-DEC is necessary. No other techinal course can be given thru distance mode.

I understand that Rajasthan Vidyapeeth is in the list of "44 Universities Lost Deemed Status List of De-recognised Deemed Universities".
Is it true?
Howver, I have seen in the University website that admissions are stopped and no admissions till further instructions as per the Director Distance education and the stoppage is because of the above reason.
Can you pls let me know when the admissions are going to be held for BTech distance

Kindly inform the Btech courses conducted by JNRV Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Udaipur) is recognised i.e. equivalent with BE or Btech courses. can we apply notification invited by state PSC or UPSC equiavalent BTech/BE/AMIE. Is this course will consider for state or central govt. EMPLOYEES for promotions as equivalent with engineering degree. I already joined the couse, but i want to clear cut information.

Presently admission for B.Tech under distant mode from JRN Rajastan Vidyapeeth is closed due to the report from Tandon Comitee,but I am the 5th sem.B.Tech student of this university.I am very eager to know about our future if the university loose its deemed tag?Are we capable for GATE,UPSC,or for job in any Public Sector if the deemed status is removed in the present time.Moreover when we took admission the university had joint comitee approval of UGC-AICTE-DEC,but now this joint comitee approval is not available.Consequently membership which was available from institute of engineers was stopped.What was our fault in it?Please clarify.

The JNRV is a Deemed University. And i think their distance education courses are not approved by AICTE and its distance courses is approved by Distance Education Council, new delhi. So, if you are not sure, then please check on this given sites -
