I would like to know BTech from KSOU is valid or not. This university is government university I heard. So Please you guide me to take admission in Btech from KSOU.

Let me help you by telling that KSOU is a KARNATAK STATE OPEN UNIVERSITY recognize by UGC Delhi. This university provides only distance education thus if you are interested in distance education opt for the college. For regular mode of doing any UG and other courses are not recommended here.
For downloding degree from KSOU you can apply only after a year in student section in the portal or call the depty registrar at 8050471907.
