On information about AIEEE forms, you can download the information brochure from http://aieee.nic.in

The form is not sold in banks. It is sold at other private and few government centres across the country. The list is available in the information brochure

The form (offline application) costs Rs 600 for General/obc candidates & Rs 300 for SC/ST candidates. If you want to apply for both B.Tech & B.Arch, the costs will be Rs 1000 for General/obc candidates & Rs 500 for SC/ST candidates.

Form is sold in few Syndicate Banks, Canara banks & Apex banks and other private & few govt. institutions over the country plus all regional offices of CBSE. List is in information brochure.

Form costs Rs 600 for Gen/OBC & Rs 300 for SC/ST for one course. If you want to apply for B.Tech + B.Arch, the costs will be Rs 1000 & Rs 500 respectively

AIEEE 2011 Application Form
AIEEE 2011 Application can either be made ‘Online’ or submitted on prescribed AIEEE Application Form only.
AIEEE 2011 Information Bulletin containing AIEEE Application Form can also be obtained by post from the following address or personally from Regional Offices of CBSE and Designated Branches of Syndicate Bank/other Banks/Designated Institutions.

The Syndicate Bank/other Banks, the designated institutions and Regional Offices of the CBSE will not send the Information Bulletin by Post. Hence, no request should be made to them for sending the Bulletin by Post. Candidate should not buy the AIEEE 2011 Information Bulletin from any private publisher/ vendor as these may be fake Information Bulletins.
The Regional Offices of CBSE, designated branches of Syndicate Banks/Other Banks/designated Institutions (see list given in Appendix-IV) are not responsible for any consequences, that may arise due to non-availability of forms in case the copies of application forms are sold out before the last date.

Candidates appearing for both BE/B.Tech and B.Arch/B.Planning together should send their AIEEE application form along with additional fee in the form of Demand Draft of Rs. 400/- for General & OBC and Rs. 200/- for SC/ST candidates in favour of Secretary, CBSE payable at Delhi/New Delhi. Demand draft payable other than Delhi/New Delhi will not be accepted and their candidature will be rejected.
AIEEE 2011 Online Submission of Application Form
The AIEEE 2011 online submission of particulars may be made at website www.aieee.nic.in. The candidates should supply all the required details while filling up the online form. On submission of details, a Confirmation page with Registration No. shall be generated.
Candidates are required to take printout of Confirmation page and paste photographs, put left hand thumb impression, sign in the space earmarked for the purpose and write down the Residential Address.
The confirmation Page is to be sent by Registered/Speed Post to CBSE and payment can be made as follows :
a. by credit card, or
b. Demand draft from any scheduled commercial bank.
Candidates submitting AIEEE 2011 applications online are required:
* To retain a photocopy of Confirmation Page with Registration No. and
* Copy of mode of remittance of AIEEE Examination fee:
In addition to AIEEE Examinations Fee, following Service/Processing Charges will have to be paid by the candidates.
i. For obtaining Information Bulletin along with Application Form on cash payment…… Rs. 5/- through selling centers.
ii. For online submission of AIEEE application with payment through Credit Card …… 2% of the examination fee plus service tax as applicable Candidates applying on-line, they would require to pay examination fee as shown in table.
Instructions for completing and sending the AIEEE Exam Application Form by post. Candidates are advised to go through the instructions carefully before filling up the AIEEE 2011 application form. Instructions for online submission of application will be given on AIEEE website www.aieee.nic.in.
• Request for change/correction in any particulars in the AIEEE 2011 Application Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances. The Board will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of non-acceptance of any correction/addition/deletion in any particular once filled in the aieee application form whatsoever the reasons may be.
• Incomplete AIEEE Application Forms, or the forms having overwriting, shall be rejected.
• The candidates who have made AIEEE application online must submit Computer Generated Application Form/Confirmation page along with Demand Draft of any scheduled Bank/Proof of remittance of exam fees.
• The candidate should write his/her complete address in the AIEEE application from for further correspondence by blue/black ball point pen only in capital letters.
Note : Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
AIEEE 2011 Admit Card
The AIEEE 2011 Admit Card will be sent by post “Under Certificate of Posting (UPC)” to the candidate (including those who made application online) about four weeks before the conduct of the examination, however, the Board will not be responsible for any consequences that may arise due to loss of admit
card in transit.
It will be the responsibility of the candidate to contact/write to the Board in case he/ she is not in receipt of the Admit Cards by 6th April 2011. Such requests be sent to the following address with two photographs (as pasted on the Application Form), one should be attested by Principal of the institution where candidate is studying/passed XII or by the gazetted officer.

Photocopy of the AIEEE 2011 Application Form, proof regarding remittance of fee (photocopy of the Demand Draft) in respect of those candidates who have made AIEEE 2011 application online, and the original postal receipt issued by the Post Office for having dispatched the AIEEE 2011 Application Form by Registered/Speed Post in order to get a duplicate AIEEE Admit Card.
Such request for issue of duplicate AIEEE Admit Card should accompany with a Demand Draft in favour of Secretary, CBSE payable at Delhi /New Delhi amounting Rs. 50/- as fee and additional Rs. 30/- as postal charges for outstation candidates. Request for issue of admit card after the examination will not be entertained. In no case the duplicate AIEEE Admit Card would be issued at the Examination Centres.

Most of the co-members have typed complete information brochure of AIEEE apllication form 2011.

Well i would like to tell that the application form are available online and offline too. Offline forms i.e the forms which are available at the designated branches of syndicate bank upto 1 pm only.

I am from south delhi and the forms are not yet available, according to bank forms will be available from 22nd December 2010. According to latest notification CBSE has extended the examination date, i.e the examination date is 01st of May.

Forms are available at all the designated branches of Syndicate Bank throughout the India in all majot cities. Last year form was availabe at the cost of Rs.450(for genral catagory) and may be Rs. 250 for reserved backward catagory.
One can also apply through online for which you will need to visit official site i.e aiee.nic.in
Remember that we should never apply by both methods i.e online and offline, doing so would be liable to be disqualifie from the examination.

You can buy your your AIEEE form from the Syndicate bank branch.
The cost of Information Bulletin inclusive of examination and counselling fee for BE/B.Tech only or B.Arch/
B.Planning only is Rs. 450/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 225/- for SC/ST candidates. Candidates
appearing for both BE/B.Tech and B.Arch/B.Planning together should send their application form along with
additional fee in the form of Demand Draft of Rs. 300/- for General & OBC candidates and Rs. 150/- for SC/ST
candidates in favour of Secretary, CBSE payable at Delhi/ New Delhi.

You can get the AIEEE-2011 forms from the designated branches of Syndicate Bank.It can be also be obatained from the institutions and CBSE Regional Offices against cash payment.

The amount of fees to be paid for the form-:

Total fee including cost of the AIEEE 2011 Information Bulletin-:

For BE/B.Tech only orB.Arch/B. Planning=Rs.600/-(general) & 200 for SC/ST.

For Both BE/B.Tech and B.Arch/B. Planning= Rs.1000/-(GEN) & 500 for SC/ST.

Please visit the official website to download the information brochure of AIEEE. The forms are available in designated centers all across the country. The cost of the application is Rs 600/-. The lists of these centers are available in the information brochure.

Online submission of application:- 15.11.2011 to 31.12.2011

Last date of receipt of form and D.D:- 05-01-2012

Date of online exam:- 07-05-2012 to 26-05-2012

Date of offline exam:- 29.04.2012

from this year, aieee has made a new rule that offline forms for registering for the aieee exam will not be available any more.
you will have to get registered for the exam online only.
the payment of the fees for the exam will be made with the help of a demand draft.
only you will have to submit 10th class dmc, passing certificate and caste certificate through mail on their cbse headoffice.
for registering for the exam and to get more information regarding the exam, you must visit their official website
www.aieee.nic.in
