My date of birth is 31st December, 2001 and I'm currently in my FY B.Com (1st year B.Com). Then in which year I will be eligible to appear for UPSC? What is the standard age criteria?

Civil Service Examination is conducted by UPSC. It is conducted every year.

The eligibility to appear in the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree from a recognised university.

Candidates in the final year are also eligible to apply for the examination. Examination is conducted in three stages. Age limit to appear in the examination is 21-32 years as on 01st August of year of appearing for the examination.
