I was born on 25th April, 1999. Am I eligible for UPSC examination in 2020 sitting? If not, then when would I will be eligible to appear for UPSC examination?

Being born on 25th April 1999, you will be eligible to apply for UPSC examination (officially known as the Civil Services examination) by the year 2020 onwards (provided you satisfy other requirements too apart from the age criteria) as the minimum age required to appear in the Civil Services examination is 21 years as on the 1st August of the year of examination.
