Being a Law graduate can I apply for Indian Air Force?
I'm a Law graduate (5 years) and I have secured 53% marks in my finals. Can you please help me to know if I am eligible for the Indian Air Force recruitment or not? I belong to Schedule Caste category.

Re: Being a Law graduate can I apply for Indian Air Force?
The air force has three branches i.e., flying branch, ground duty branch and Technical branch.
Law graduates are eligible only for ground duty branches of the Indian Air Force. The ground duty branch officers have the job of effectively managing both the man and resources available with Air forces. These branches can be enumerated as under: Administrative Branch Accounts Branch Logistic Branch Education Branch Meteorology Branch however, law graduates are only eligible for administrative, logistics and education. The age of a candidate has to be between 20 to 23 years and in case of postgraduate the age range is 20 to 25 years. A mendatory post graduation degree or a graduation degree with minimum aggregate of 60% is a mandatory requirement for a candidate to be eligible. The entrance exam in which you have to appear is AFCAT all Air Force common admission test. |
