SSC graduate level exam is conducted every year for the selection of
candidates for various posts like Assistants, Inspectors and Sub- Inspectors, Divisional Accountants, Junior Accountants, Auditors in various governmental agencies like the Railways, Central Vigilance Commission, Central Excise, Income Tax, CBI, Central Police Organizations etc.

To apply for this examination a candidate should be graduate in any
discipline. Those appeared in the final year examination are also eligible
to apply for this examination.

For this candidate age should be
For Assistant Grade & Sub Inspectors in CBI, between 20 and 27 years.

For Inspectors of CE / IT & Divisional Accountants/Auditors/ UDCs etc. between 18 and 27 years.

For Sub Inspectors in Central Police Forces, between 20 and 25 years.

You can consider the following books for the preparation of CGPE examination.

You should study for maths---1.Lal$Jain from Upkar
prakashan 2.mishra.
for G>S> -Tata megrath hill
For english Herald and kiran prakashan 10000Question
these are for graduation level main if you are preparing
for pre then add a book of objective maths only .

Hi friend,
Graduate level combined exam is conducted by Staff Selection Commission for 16 different posts.
According new pattern of the exam subjective questions are removed from the main exam. Now only objective questions are asked.
For graduate level combined level exam recommended books are

General Studies: Tata McGrowhills
English: Herald & Kiran Prakashan
