dear CS (company secretary) course is an good course , for this course the registration is open throughout the year ,
this examination is conducted twice a year in the month of june and december,
you have to enroll for the applications for the examination is on 25th march for june examination,
and you have 25th September for the december examination.
there will be different stages in the CS course,
foundation course,
intermediate course,
final course.
eligibility for the foundation course.
you have to pass the 10+2 recognized by the central or state government,
you have have any group like MPC,MEC,BIPC.....in your intermediate.
you should have minimum age is 17 to write this exam.
final level course is an 10months course you have to pass the intermediate level to go for the final course.you have both public and private sectors for the job opportunities.
the syllabus for the CS final course is
group-1
advanced company law and practice,
secretarial management and systems audit,
secretarial practice relating to economic laws and drafting and conveyancing,
group-2
banking and insurance laws and practice ,
corporate restructuring laws and practice ,
financial treasury and fores management,
group-3
direct and indirect taxation laws and practice ,
human resource management and industrial relations,
world trad3e organization international trade ,joint ventures and foreign collaborations,
to eligible for the CS intermediate course you have to pass the CS foundation course.arts science,commerce/non-commerce(excluding fine arts)are eligible for the registration for this program,if you are possessing any of the following qualifications you are exempted from passing the foundation course
you have to pay totally 3800 rupees for the foundation course
registration fees is 200 and exam fees 3600.

U must be in the field or whether it depends entirely ..
U can know only your skills ..
Jobs and the bank can do business ..
If you want to change your field of U, U BCA, MBA will be able to go .. U n then MBA / MCAeven journalism and mass communication courses in the field, such as BMC iebachelor can do better.
But yes, of course, it is, U in your boards as well, to score well. coz u'll Results of a neck - to - face competition from the neck ..
Commercial stream from the 12's and then go to CA for a better future for sure.
CA entrance test for admission to any college in the page and the page will be available to join the CPT coaching for yourself.
CPT is difficult to remember the cracks.
But CA is a high paying job, then you will get straight to any multinational company.
