It is difficult to distinguish a best stream in engineering. Each subject have own merits and you can select one according to your interest. Aerospace engineering, aeronautical engineering, marine engineering, etc offers adequate scope now days. Subjects like nanotechnology, biotechnology, and chemical engineering are also demanded. CSE, ECE, IT, EEE, etc are some of the streams available in most of the engineering colleges.

from my point of view now a days the engineering field is growing many a times faster than other fields.the selection of the stream is dependent on the students interest and talent.if a student have interest in computer science then it will prove far better than other streams.and the other thing which is also important is the demand of stream in his residential area because by the way a person study for a job.and they should do a course which have full demand in his area as in punjab mechanical is a evergreen field.

You can choose the engineering branch as per your strength .This streams are available in India .For B-Tech admission of this streams you must have good score in IIT JEE , AIEEE and state conduct entrance exam .
