hi the best entrance exam for the ece students is cdac it is for the embedded and vlsi desinings.
it is for the desining of chips and programming it is one of the better exam for ece students.

There are many good books for electronics engineering entrance test. As you are belongs to ECE branch so you can apply for IES, DRDO,BSNL JTO,....and many more entrance examinations.
