Is it okay to study 11th and 12th in CBSE affiliated schools instead of Gujarat State Board if I want to take admission in colleges affiliated to Gujarat University? Will I face any issues? Which is better between CBSE and Gujarat State Board?

Without any doubt, Central Board of Secondary Education is better than any state boards of India. You will not face any problem in getting admission in Gujarat University affiliated colleges.

You should continue your studies from CBSE and try to secure better percentage of marks in board exam of 12th.

Both boards are legal and approved by the government so there is no drawback in studying in any of the board whether C.B.S.E or Gujarat State Board.

You won't face any issues not only in Gujarat university but in any university of India being a intermediate passed from C.B.S.E board. Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E) is a central level board. Its limit is not up to any Particular state. Its value is a lot.
Even though intermediate pass students from any state board can also successfully apply for graduation in other state universities and they also won't face any issues because the important criteria is that the candidate must have passed 10+2 from any board recognized by government.

But if we have to choose one among C.B.S.E or Gujarat state board then we can say C.B.S.E is above Gujarat state board as i mentioned earlier it is a central level board and conducts exam in every state of India and lots of school affiliated to C.B.S.E board can be found in every state of India.

Both CBSE Board ad Gujarat Board are better at its place.
There is no any issue in pursuing Intermediate from CBSE board. You can pursue from any of the board and no issue will be created regarding board selection.
