Hello,
I have been selected as a junior engineer in railways (Rrb ranchi zone) and I am also selected as a junior engineer in central public work department (eastern zone), my home town is ranchi. Now I have a query that of these two jobs which will be better to join, given the fact that both are same post with same pay scale.
So any one can give a highlight of the inside work culture, facilities, leaves, working conditions etc of both the jobs, so that I can take a final decision.
