Is M.Ed from Bharatya Shiksha Parishad, Up valid for NEt exam?

I want to do my B.Ed course from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Lucknow University... Is it this university recognised by govt.?? or i can apply for the same. Please help me.

i want to do m.ed through bhartiya shiksha parishad bt its validity is doubtful as its name is listed among the names of fake universities.its recognition is still under jurisdiction of court. what is the latest position?what has court decided?
