Can I apply for B.Ed with Visharadha qualification?


I have the certificate of Visharadha (Hindi Sahitya Sammelan, Allahabad). Is this equivalent to degree? Can I apply for B.Ed? If so then from where I have to apply if not what I have to do next? Please reply.

---As per my knowledge Hindi Sahitya Sammelan is just a certification course ,it s not approved by UGC till yet.

-Its just added to extra quality in your forma .
