Yes, if you have done your masters from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, you can certainly apply for PhD. It has been registered under Government of Uttar Pradesh, hence, the certificate is valid for PhD courses. A lot has been said and done in regards to the validation of certificates of Shiksha Parishad, but the matter of fact is that the certificates holds value as per their merit.

I have completed my B.Ed from Bharatiya Siksha Parishad (UP) in the yr 1998. Can you please let me know if it valid in Maharashtra now? Also please help me with the links if any in this regards.

I did B. Ed. from B.S.P.U.P. IN July 2010.I have got the mark sheet and the certificate as well. How can I check my result in the website ?
