does eligibility of bitsat depend upon the aggrigate marks of 11th +12th in state board-Andhra Pradesh or only 12 marks?

you should have scored minimum 80% in your class 12 exam,and atleast 60% in (pcm).

that means class 11 aggrigate is not required.

BITSAT considers 12th marks only.
Even for Andhrapradesh Board. 11th marks are not included.

A minimum aggregate of 80% marks in 12th board is a must........... with atleast 60% marks in each of physics, chemistry and mathematics.

the class 11 percentage is not required its only the 12th percentage,so its the inter second year percentage in Andhra Pradesh,

there may be any board .....you must get 80% marks in your 12th class board exam only......then only you are eligible for bits...

there are only two basic requirements to be eligible for BITSAT-2010:

1)you should have scored more than 80% in your 12th class,and

2)you should be in your current year,that is if you have taken any drops after 12th class then you are not eligible for BITSAT.

So it require its own demand on the sections....
you have...to score 80%.>=. marks...in 12th standard....
And you have to score....60%>=marks...in PHy,CHEM,MATH...
so don't panic keep your mental frame strong.....& you will be in the spotlight...

No it only depends on 12th standard board marks not 11th+12th. You will have to get minimum 80% in boards in order to be eligible.

You can buy a book called BITSAT Explorer or Arihant BITSAT 2010. There is a special section where they have given theory as well as problems. It applies on English section as well.

Try buying any one of these books. They wont cast you much. Hardly 400 Rs. But they are worth buying

No, you fulfill criteria on the basis of your 12th marks not on 11 +12 th, you should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 80% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects in 12th examination, with at least 60% marks in each of the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.

since last year you have taken a gap for your preparartion . you have to show a gap certificate to BITS .
this gap certificate can be easily obtained from various coaching centres like FIITJEE, NARAYANA , PIE etc.
