Dear,

For doing MS from other countries you need to write GRE exam. You also need to give TOFL. GRE is a bit hard and you need to prepare really hard for it.

For GRE the books that you should buy are:

1. The Official Guide to the GRE Revised General Test – ETS (Must Have)
2. Manhattan GRE Prep Books – Set of 8 books. (Must Have)
3. Nova GRE Math Prep Course
4. Grubers New GRE Guide
5. Kaplan – New GRE : Strategies, Practice, and Review
6. Cracking the New GRE with DVD

The preparation books will be related to both your subject books and general books.
