There are lots of preparatory book which is easly available on any good book shop.however if you are having a pc in your home than no need to buy separate
book for separate entrance exam.
now a days "Medical entrance Examination Ebook CD" is easily available.and this is common for all the major medical entrance exam in india.

this is nominal and easy to prepare for all the entrance exam together.

No Books will provide you precise Knowledge only on AIIMS. Reference books are only meant for reference in academics. Not for Exam But if you try it There's no harm in it.
But i want to tell you that you should join some coaching class which will provide you A TO Z funda of AIIMS and Even other Medical Examinations.
