there are n number of books available in the market but my personal favourites are:

PHYSICS: HC Verma is the ultimate book for preparation of any of the engineering entrance exam .You can also try arihant "dc pandey" for objective question practice.

CHEMISTRY:PHYSICAL-RC mukherjee and arihant are sufficient.
INORGANIC:NCERT or your board book is more than enough.
ORGANIC:solomon and fryhle is a good book for organic.

MATHEMATICS:ML Khanna or A Das gupta contains suffient practice materials.

TIP: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON USELESS EXTRA HIGH STANDARD BOOKS
