I have completed diploma in textile technology , now i wish to do b.e or b.tech in some other branch . For what branches my d.t.t is eligible

You can apply lateral entry. The courses like textile,mechanical and so on.

i got 83 marks in pet 2011.my rank is 3492. will i get admission in gsits college?

If you have done diploma in Textile Engineering, then you are eligible for ANY branch of Engineering.

Please do not be shocked by this. I mean to say that if you want to restart the B.Tech studies by taking up Engineering course, then surely you can do so with any branch of Engineering.
Presently the top Engineering Branches which are in very high demand are :--

ECE
CSE
CE
ME
EEE
IT
etc and many more..

But if you have done your diploma already and now seeking lateral admission or lateral entry in any of the Engineering colleges, then your stream has to be the Textile Engineering. This is because you have done the basics of this course equivalent to the 1st year in your Diploma.
Now you have to continue with the rest of the studies about the Textile Engineering in the B.Tech course.

as you have completed your diploma course in Textile technology you can only apply for branches in B.TECH through lateral entry exam commonly known as LEET exam.....which is for diploma candidates giving admission in 2nd year.........

now the top branches are::::::::

-mechanical engineering
-computer science
-electronics and communication ..........

and so on.......

but for you give the leet exam in textile branch....course offered.....

--->B.TECH in textile chemistry

my advice

as there are less colleges offering textile branches...hence difficult to get a seat but the above institutes will be really helpful to you....

You can apply for all of the engineering streams. To get a full time B.Tech degree you should give JELET or equivalent exams.

To give this exam the diploma degree holder should have minimum 60% and there is no upper age limit to give this exam.
