Can I teach B.Sc Nursing students in private colleges after completing BPT degree? Or, do I need any further qualification? If yes, then which degree is required now?

It depends on the college where you are applying for a job as a teacher. Sometimes there is a lack of faculty and you might be lucky to get a job but chances are very low. They consider nursing stream degree holders better candidates for such jobs. If you are a BPT graduate, you have a better chance of teaching the same subjects.

There may be some subjects like anatomy and physiology that are part of the curriculum of both nursing and physiotherapy students. You can get such jobs in case they are not enough nursing graduates for such jobs.
