I have completed my M.Tech degree course. Am I eligible to teach Science subjects to Intermediate students? Or, do I need any further qualification? If yes, then which other degree I need to study for?

To become teacher in intermediate course, it is compulsory to have master degree and B.Ed qualification.

So, you have to pursue B.Ed course and after that you will become eligible for recruitment as teacher.

Entrance examination is conducted for recruitment of teacher in government schools.
