Being a qualified ICWA you can get the following papers exemptions in CS course.
Foundation Programme: Fully Exempt. Executive Programme : Module 1, Paper 2: Cost and Management Accounting Module 1, Paper 4: Tax Laws and Practice Module 2, Paper 5 : Company Accounts and Auditing Practices Professional Programme Module 1, Paper 1: Advanced Company Law & Practice Module 2, Paper 5 : Financial, Treasury and Forex Management Module 3, Paper 7 : Advanced Tax Laws and Practice |

Yes, ICWAI final exam qualified candidates are exempted from foundation course in CS course conducted by Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI).
-> CS exam is conducted two times every year in June and December months. -> There are 3 sections in CS course and they are * Foundation course(8 months duration) * Executive course(9 months duration) * Professional course(10 months duration) -> Eligibility for Foundation course is 12 th standard or equivalent examination pass from recognised institution. -> Eligibility for executive course is * Candidates who have passed foundation course and not less than 17 years old or graduates, post graduates (other than fine arts) * Candidates who passed final exam of ICWAI. -> And eligibility for professional course is : candidates who passed executive course. # And fee for Foundation course is Rs.3600/- & for executive course is Rs.7000/- and for Professional course is Rs.12000/-. |
