ICWAI Commercial and Industrial Law and Auditing Papers
ICWAI stands for Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. The main objective of incorporating this paper in the course is to gain some vivid knowledge about some of the important commercial and industrial laws related to business and also to gain knowledge about the principles and various applications of auditing in India. The entire subject as the name suggests is divided into two parts. The commercial and industrial law part has four modules under it while the auditing part has five modules under it.
How Many Sections Can You Expect In This Paper?
The paper is broadly divided into two sections.
Paper Pattern And Number Of Questions Asked:
There are two sections in this paper. The first section has questions on commercial and industrial laws. There are five questions out of which students have to answer three questions, question number one being compulsory. Question number one in turn contains nine short answer questions. The second section which has questions on auditing has a similar pattern.
Division of Marks:
The entire paper is of one hundred marks, having two sections of fifty marks each. Within each of section, the first question has eighteen marks and the rest of the questions are of sixteen marks each.
How Many Hours Would You Be Given to Complete The Paper?
The total time allotted for this paper is three hours.
