Yes, you can certainly apply if you fall in this eligibility criteria.

Eligibility criteria:
Combined pre Medical test 2012 is a state level examination Candidates, who are native of Uttar Pradesh, are eligible to apply. However, other state candidates may also apply, given they should fulfill the domicile criteria as laid by the government of Uttar Pradesh.
Age: 17 years in the year they want to appear in CPMT Test.
Minimum Marks: The General category candidate must have secured at least average 50% marks (40% marks for SC/ST/OBC candidate) in Physics, Chemistry and Biology in the qualifying examination and should obtain minimum 50% (40% for SC/ST/OBC candidate) marks in Combined Pre Medical Test (CPMT) 2012.

The CPMT Exam date is June 3, 2012. The examination shall be held in only one shift in morning. The sale of form shall start on April 19, 2012 at all major branches of Allahabad Bank in Uttar Pradesh.
