Can I appear in CSIR 2015 if did MS from Abroad with less than 55%?
I am a B.tech holder with CGPA 8 and did my MS outside INDIA with less than 55% Please let me know if I am eligible for CSIR 2015.
Please clarify? |

i have btech percentage 57.6% am i eligible for any engineer post and scientist post in defence sector or power sector
