To be eligible for the JEE Advanced 2015 Examination you are first required to qualify JEE Main 2015 Examination irrespective of 12th class. You must first give JEE Main 2015 Examination and those who qualify in this Main Exam will be allowed to apply for JEE Advanced 2015 Exam.

JEE Main 2015 Eligibility Criteria:

>> You are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2015 Examination even your result was not announced yet. Candidates appearing in 12th Class are also eligible to appear in JEE Main 2015 Examination.

JEE Advanced 2015 Eligibility Criteria:

>> Candidate must be among the top 1,50,000 in JEE Main 2015 Examination. This is the main eligibility criteria to be eligible for the JEE Advanced 2015 Exam. If you have passed the JEE Main 2015 and among top 1,50,000 members, you can of course apply for JEE Advanced 2015 Exam.

Yes, you can apply for the JEE exam as you are a candidate appearing of the 12th standard and appearing candidates of 12th can also apply for the JEE exam because you should be the passed 12th when you go for the admission in IIT collage after appearing in the exam.

Eligibility for the JEE IIT exam-

You should be an 12th passed or appearing candidate of second semester. And crossed aggregate of your 12th should be 60% if belong to OBC or general category and 50% if belong to the SC/ST category.

OBC and general category candidates can appear only for 2 attempts in IIT exam.

Candidate must pass in all three subjects in IIT exam in Physics, Chemistry,Mathematics to go for the online counselling of the IIT collages allotment for the qualified candidates.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
